OUR MISSION
As young volunteers, we provide life changing experiences for disadvantaged children, together with the WA community.
Our purpose is to provide recreational opportunities to children through 4 day-long picnics and 2 week-long camps every year.
Uni Camp for Kids is more than a charity. It is a community. It is a family. Our volunteers are able to form life-long friendships through coming together with the common goal of helping underprivileged children across Perth. After 90 years, our volunteers are still devoted to our goal of putting smiles on the children’s faces. Our volunteers drive our charity through a variety of volunteering and fundraising events. They are also able to create and cement friendships with other volunteers through social events.

Since 1936, Uni Camp for Kids has provided life-changing summer camps and experiences for at-risk kids, bringing joy, happiness and smiles to every single child and volunteer involved 🌟It’ll be an unforgettable evening filled with nostalgia, mingling, and a pumping dance floor… maybe even an Arootchycha 😉💃🕺

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
Volunteers held a Sausage Sizzle at Claremont Bunnings to raise funds for our 2025/6 programs.
Save the Children Book Fair
Volunteers assisted with the set-up and pack down for Western Australia's largest book sale alongside Save the Children.
Bike Bar
Volunteers got hot and sweaty in a high intensity bike bar class hosted by UCFK alumni JD and Lauren.
UCFK Festival
The committee organised a night of music, fun and laughter with a Bands Night. All ticket proceeds from the night go towards our 2026 Summer Camps.
Walk from Point Peron
Volunteers walked 65km from Point Peron Camp School to the University of Western Australia in 14 hours to raise over $10,000 for our 2026 Summer Camps.
